Benchtop X-ray powder diffractometer (UACH18 - Pro-NanoEnviCzIII)
The benchtop X-ray powder diffractometer Aeris from Panalytical is suitable for recording the diffractograms and simple data evaluation, such as phase identification and simple mixture analysis. The machine is equipped with Cu Kα X-ray tube, 1D detector and several types of sample holders. These allow us to measure smaller amounts of samples and also air-sensitive samples.
