Multipurpose X-ray powder diffractometer PANalytical XPertPRO MPD (UACH14)
Multipurpose X-ray powder diffractometer PANalytical XPertPRO MPD equipped with Cu Kα or Co Kα X-ray tube allows analyzing powdered or solid samples and/or micro-samples in reflection or transmission mode. This diffractometer is equipped with programmable divergence slit, focusing mirror and fast linear PSD detector. It allows in-situ analyses at elevated temperatures up to 1200 °C. It also has primary optics, still unique among laboratory difractometers, allowing micro-diffraction set-up with the irradiated area down to 100 micrometers.
